Are your tours any good?
We are confident that our tours will be the best experience you will have whilst on your vacation. Our experience blends history, countryside, stories, food, drink and locations with a warm, friendly guide who personalises every tour to your interests. We do our best to go the extra mile to create incredible and memorable experiences. Please feel welcome to read our reviews on TripAdvisor, Google and Yelp for previous guests views of our tours.
What is your refund policy?
For inclusive (price per seat) tours, all tours are fully refundable up to one week before the tour. Between seven and two calendar days before the date of a tour a 50% refund is available. Any cancellations made within the two days leading up to the date of a tour are non-refundable. Our private tours have a different cancellation policy which is explained on the tour proposal you will receive when making an enquiry.
How fit do I need to be?
All our tour experiences are designed to be as accessible as possible and most people with average or even below average mobility and health should be able to enjoy every part of our experiences. Each one does require a small amount of walking however, so if walking more than a few hundred yards poses a difficulty, please contact us and we can advise you on whether a particular experience is suitable. Of course, we will do our best to accommodate your needs as much as possible.
Do you have wheelchair access?
At this time, we are sorry to say we cannot accommodate wheelchairs unless the occupant is happy to be assisted in and out of the vehicle and their wheelchair can be folded and stored in the rear. We sincerely hope that as the company grows we can accommodate wheelchair users as we are committed to making our tours as accessible as possible to all.
